Personal information that we collect from users

Providing personal information through our contact forms are contractual requirements for online booking; note that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields, as we need this information to fulfill or respond to your request and reservation.

How we use personal information
Personal data will be collected and processed by us for the following purposes:

  • • to respond to your requests or questions via email or telephone;
    • to send other information and communications via email that may be of interest to you;

For situations in which, in compliance with the law, it is established that the request for cancellation of personal data must be granted, MIE Groutastour will proceed without delay.

Marketing communications
We will send marketing communications via e-mail only if the user has consented to this operation when booking the room.
Normally the forms we use to collect personal data contain a box to select in case you wish to receive marketing communications. When we send marketing communications by e-mail, we may decide not to receive further communications by clicking on "cancel registration" or on the opt-out function in the email.
